Банк, к сожалению, остался с единственным офисом на весь город. Не самый удобный график работы в будние дни и, почему-то, нерабочей субботой. Небольшой, уютный зал для клиентов. Стандартный набор предлагаемых банковских продуктов. Квалифицированный и доброжелательный персонал. Очередей, практически, нет. Дозвониться по указанным телефонам невозможно.

Как юр. лицо, пытаюсь закрыть счет! Дозвониться не могу по указанным телефонам! Пол часа на линии слушаю сэксафон! Украдено время из моей жизни самым наглым образом! Это вопрос элементарного уважения к клиентам...
