Отвратительный банк! Обслуживание никакое! Заезжал оплатить квитанцию, просидел у операциониста полчаса! Притом, что счет который нужно было оплатить открыт в этом банке! И 50 рублей комиссии содрали!

Брал рефинансирование в транскапиталбанк меня не предупреждая перекинули в инвестторгбанк переуступли так сказать никому не советую.... При первой возможности уйду в другой.

В соответствии с условиями кредитного договора банк имеет право уступить права требования по кредитному договору, в том числе путем передачи прав на закладную третьим лицам, что предусмотрено ст.ст.382-385 Гражданского кодекса РФ и ст.ст.13, 48 Федерального закона от 16.07.1998 No102-ФЗ "Об ипотеке (залоге недвижимости)". При этом банком направляется клиенту уведомление о переуступке прав требований посредством Почты России по адресу, предоставленному клиентом ранее в банк. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться услугами этого банка и всеми его вытекающими. Персонал занимается своими делами, оператор Анастасия абсолютно не умеет разговаривать с людьми. Рекомендую руководителю обратить внимание на ее профригодность, отправить на переобучение и научить разговаривать с людьми. Лучшим вариантом будет найти замену такому сотруднику, потому что такого отношения к клиентам я не видел ни в одном месте.
