Неделю дозванивался с целью пригласить специалиста опломбировать узел учёта ГВС. По трём номерам либо занято, либо просто не берут трубку. Прошу обратить внимание на ситуацию, это не нормально.

К сожалению, вы не описали: где, как, при каких условиях вам пришлось столкнуться с бюрократией в нашей организации, поэтому трудно что-то вам ответить. Тем не менее, всегда к вашим услугам все официальные линии связи, по которым вы можете обратиться с официальным заявлением.

Добрый вечер. Яж с семьёй живу в п. Юбилейный Хвойнинского района. За всю зиму батареи в квартире были горячие 3 дня, остальное время чуть тёплые. Вода в кране не горячая, в душе вообще холодную воду не открываем, моем я под "горячей" водой и ещё больше замерзает. Из-за тёплых еле батарей приходится спать под двумя одеялами. Зато в квитанциях тариф не меняется. Кательная посёлка работает в пол силы. Почему я должна платить по 2000 р каждый месяц за тепло которого у меня нет???

Добрый день. Извините за задержку с ответом, но тем не менее: ТК Новгородская не поставляет горячую воду и тепло непосредственно в вашу квартиру. Мы отапливаем дом. Проблем с котельной в Юбилейном в этом году небыло. Точнее, они были, но не уровня "всю зиму не могли наладить". Советую обратиться в обслуживающую ваш дом организацию. Они должны выяснить в чём дело. Может у вас стояки забиты, может ещё что-то.
