Отличный, небольшой, семейный клуб с теплой, дружеской атмосферой! Если вы хотите подтянуть спортивную форму; возможно, сбросить лишний вес; поддерживать тело в тонусе, а боевой дух в соответствующем состоянии; если всегда мечтали попробовать себя в единоборствах, но боялись или испытывали неловкость-отбросьте сомнения! Вам именно сюда! Возраст/пол/исходные физические данные не так важны! Главное-ваш настрой! А уж Профессиональные тренеры Вам помогут достичь того, о чем даже мечтать боялись! Я пришла заниматься к Артуру (боксом), имея минимальную (льщу себе) физическую подготовку и несколько травм за плечами. За год занятий и рекомендаций, мои реабилитологи не узнают своего «клиента», а я, совершенно спокойно, хожу по темным улицам, не опасаясь возможных неожиданностей. В клубе ВСЕ тренеры-фанаты(в лучшем смысле этого слова) своего дела. Огромный плюс-социальная работа клуба, работа с детьми из социально незащищенных слоев нашего общества. Писать можно много, но лучше, один раз перебороть неуверенность и присоединиться к нам, тренирующимся! Ну а выбор направления-за вами, тут каждый найдет, что ему по душе! От себя лично хочу выразить огромную благодарность, как руководству, администраторам, тренерам клуба, так и занимающимся юным дарованиям, от которых веет такой энергией и позитивом, что после тренировки «летать охота». Временно(!!!) не имею возможности тренироваться, но, мысленно, я с вами!
