26 июня 2024 отправила макеты на печать в софт тач. Заказала премиальные подарочные сертификаты для звездных гостей. 30 июня мероприятие. Приезжаю 29 числа все сертификаты косячные и отвратительные. Фото прикладываю … Еле договорилась что бы переделали. Переделали, приехала ещё раз, они опять с потертостями … попросила забрать несколько штучек из старого. Не разрешили, вот лучше в помойку выкинут, чем человеку отдать за эти переживания, время потраченное на поездки к ним и за моральный ущерб. Отвратительно ! Не советую сюда обращаться! Никакого качества и хамство ! Было бы время - заказала бы в другом месте. В итоге иду с ужасными сертификатами

Ищите другую типографию!!!! Ужасное отношение к клиентам!!! Пришла напечатать грамоты и благодарности для детей, мне отказали, ссылаясь на то, что работник «уходит по своим ЛИЧНЫМ делам». Время работы, которое указано на сайте, в приложении их не волнует. «У нас ненормированный рабочий график» - услышала от сотрудников данной типографии. Не ходите туда!!!! Потерянное время и нервы!!!

Не рекомендую данную типографию! Как писал предыдущий товарищ abrakadabra, действительно выбирайте другое место, где Вас хотя бы будут уважать за то, что вы платите деньги за работу! А данная типография делает, верно подмечено "и так сойдет"!!! Не говоря о том, что с Вами будут еще разговаривать по хамски! Об уважении клиентов речи не идет. Полная профнепригодность и отсутствие коммуникативных знаний и уважения к клиентам! А заправляет всем этим хамством Алексей Окунев, которому не знакомы правила этикета и воспитания!
