Делала переплет и распечатку презентаций 16.07. Все было неплохо. Подумала, что закажу полный пакет для нового проекта-визитки и брендирование. Но, 27.06.20, мне непосчастливилось посетить эту организацию для распечатки еще трех копий презентации. Сначала очень неприветливая девушка, всем видом демонстрировала мне, что занята, стояла спиной и не подходила, хотя предыдущий клиент уже ушел. Затем я попросила распечатать презентации в двух вариантах. Она начала печатать на обычной бумаге! Я остановила, сказала, что в прошлый раз мне печатали на плотной матовой бумаге. В итоге -презентации напечатаны не на полный лист, а как бы с лгромными полями. Сделала замечание. Получила ответ, что она печатает, как дали! Чек не выдавала. Пришлось просить, так как озвученная сумма отличалась от того, что написано в прайсе и прошлого расчёта. Ужасное отношение, некачественно распечатали так еще и обманули с деньгами! И все это за мои 900 рублей. Требую разобраться в методе расчёта услуг, который почему то не бьётся с прайсом, а чек вообще содержит ламинирование. Это вообще законно? Больше не ногой, пример того, как работа одного сотрудника портит впечатление о компании.

Очень жаль что вы сразу не позвонили руководству или не попросили позвать руководителя в зал копицентра, уверены что мы бы смогли сделать всё так, чтобы вы остались довольны. Будем стараться повышать качество обслуживания и сервиса. Спасибо за отзыв.
