Мне сервис нравится. Скорость работы приемлемая (хотя довольно удивительно делать что-то около двух недель, но мне потом пояснили, что это тесты и мне дадут гарантию успешной работы), персонал общительный, я бы сказал довольно шустренький, если поторопить. Меняю тут батарейки на часах, это делают сразу, с другими же поломками могут оставить на диагностику и только после неё говорят о поломке и вариантах ремонта. Я бы сказал, что данная мастерская одна из лучших.

Обратился в июне в эту "чудо-компанию" с ремонтом швейцарской наручной механики. Женщина на приёмке заявила, что часы нужно оставлять для диагностики. С учётом 2-х выходных позвонила она же на 5-й день. Вот, говорит, ремонт будет стоить 4900 рублей, за две недели сделаем... Спрашиваю её - А чего будете делать? Что диагностика показала?! И почему так долго? Сходу она не смогла дать вразумительного ответа, твердила только, что поскольку эта механика, её надо перебирать, и всю хорошенько смазать. Я попросил её мне перезвонить, когда она всё выяснить у мастера. Перезвонила через 2 часа и продиктовала слово в слово запись в талоне-заказе, который мне выдали при приёмке: "Смещение циферблата при падении, повреждение маятника". Я этой тётеньке сообщил тогда, что результат такой "диагностики" как и сроки ремонта меня не устраивают, и что я забираю часы. Тётенька в ответ фыркнула, и сообщила, что цасы я могу забрать через пару дней так как они на "переборке" (!!) Часы забрал. Сделал в день обращения в мастерской на ул. Тверская за 1500 рублей. Мастер сказал что ерунда, сместилось что-то в механизме при падении. Всё. Народ, будьте бдительны, не позволяйте себя обманывать!

Как помню, они около двух недель тестируют часы, чтобы гарантию дать.
