Всегда когда бываю на Коломенской захожу в это кафе. Быстрое обслуживание, цены и качество вкусной еды заставляют возвращаться снова и снова. Всегда вежливый персонал, которому не жалко оставить хорошие чаевые. Никогда не нарывалась на хамство, может потому, что прихожу в хорошем настроении :)))

Хамство грузинок, плохо говорящих на русском и сплошное надувательство, счета выписываются от руки (привисывая несуществующие блюда и цены)и не проводятся через кассовый аппарат.

Ничего хорошего. К отрицательным отзывам даже добавить нечего, всё так. Персонал ужасный, поесть вкуснее можно и в других местах. Не советую.

Оценку ставлю за вкусноту хинкали и хачапури т.к. всегда брала только с собой и в кафе не сидела. Так что оценить обслуживание не могу, но еда отменная!!!

Еда вкусная, но обслуживание испортилось окончательно. Ходим сюда уже 10 лет, раньше была официантка Тамара и все было замечательно. Теперь вечно недовольная Лалита, позволяет себе хамить и пренебрежительно разговаривать.Вчера вообще заказали хинкали вечером, она сказала, что кухня уже не работает и отвернулась, мы попросили счёт. Смотрим — а в него включены хинкали. Позвали официантку, она, раздражённо: «Я те принесу ща эти хинкали!». В общем не понятно, это только к нам такое отношение или ко всем, но ходить туда теперь не приятно, придется искать другое место.P.S. В туалете морозилка, нет отопления – показать
