Всё супер. Приветливый персонал ! Сразу же чаем и кофе угощают. Подобрали оптимальный тур по соотношению цена/качество. В других агентствах был, там лишь бы подороже тур впихнуть, а здесь всё до последней детальки узнают, что тебе интересно, хочешь на пляже валяться или на экскурсии поездить и так далее... -приду ещё -посоветую друзьям -зайду в гости :)

Покупала через ребят билеты, была сложная ситуация с чартерным рейсом. Отвечали на все мои двести тысяч вопросов и были на связи до момента, пока я не улетела. Считаю, это вышка. Ни в одном агенстве до (сравниваю Питер и Москву) не видела такого внимательного и тёплого отношения к клиентам. В офисе уютно практически по-домашнему, даже не хочется уходить. Нечасто встречаешь людей, действительно влюблённых в своё дело. Советую всем.
