Девушка на кассе - большая беда этого заведения. Либо обучайте ее, либо увольняйте к чертовой матери. Два человека стоят и 15 минут разглядывают меню, никому не дают подойти, за ними уже очередь человек 10 - пятьсот раз можно было принять заказ у других покупателей, но такая мысль ей в голову не пришла. У всех стоящих знатно подгорает. Когда эти двое уходят, сбоку влезает какая-то дура, которая видела, что я стою за ними, и девушка на кассе начинает принимать у нее заказ! Я не выдержал и сказал все, что думаю по этому поводу. И ни ногой больше к вам, ни за какие деньги. Поднимайте уровень сервиса, он у вас на нуле.

Несколько раз были проблемы с доставкой: то вилки не привозили, то отдельное блюдо. Проблема быстро решалась промокодом или довозом.Но когда впервые пришла в физическую точку продажи, я поняла, что больше поддерживать кафе не буду, хотя регулярно там заказывала. Кассиры (или повара) грубые. Сказали приходить за заказом через 10 минут, прихожу через 6, говорят — приходите через 10. На мой вопрос «когда же? Вы обещали 10 минут назад 6 минут назад» мне сделали замечание, что я тут не одна. Дороги е работники The Hummus! Я прекрасно знаю, что я не единственный клиент. Более того — я даже умею считать минуты. Простого «извините, задерживаемся» вполне бы хватило. А то получается как в «Большом куше»: «Ещё пять минут, Турецкий!». Еда у вас вкусная, но вашим соседям по рынку удаётся держать на высоте и качество еды, и сервис. Так что лучше к ним. – показать
