После покупки BMW сделал 2 ТО у официального дилера(Модус), где успел убедиться в их полной некомпетентности, а потому появилась необходимость в нормальном обслуживании авто, а не только сохранении гарантии. Модус ведь может, скажем, и "забыть" сменить масло и/или масляной фильтр - были прецеденты. Учитывая никчёмность воронежского дилера, неофициальные сервисы BMW у нас на каждом шагу, но, очевидно, не все они одинаково полезны: The Garage привлёк хорошими отзывами на форуме владельцев плюс знакомый уже больше 100 000 км отъездил на чипованной тройке, обслуживается только у них и настоятельно рекомендовал - с ним за компанию я и поехал на очередное ТО его авто. Ребята быстро осмотрели мою машину на подъёмнике плюс с использованием соответствующего компьютерного оборудования сделали диагностику, проблем никаких не было и учитывая символичность проверки(пробег всего 24 тысячи) даже не взяли денег. Плюс к этому честно проконсультировали что и как с машиной меня ждёт, посоветовали дальше обслуживаться в Модусе ради третьего года гарантии, просто присутствовать в ремзоне и следить чтобы ничего не забывали. То есть понимаете, с совестью всё в порядке, что большая редкость - 95% других сервисов начали бы раскручивать на обслуживание исключительно у них. Как итог: сервис небольшой, с тёплой, приятной обстановкой и с порядочными сотрудниками/руководством, то есть реально есть уверенность, что будут честно делать свою работу, а не крутить на бабки. Относительно их компетенции читайте другие отзывы, я тут пока не советчик, но точно могу сказать, что после окончания гарантии я буду обслуживаться только у них, чего и вам советую. Из минусов: неудобный подъезд к сервису.
