Были 14.02.16, уютно,но ни одно из заказанных блюд не соответствовало.Нормальными были только фреши.Салат с уткой и апельсинами оказался с грибами, чего нигде не указано,а утки там было 3 кусочка,и те пережаренные и с кожей.Салат с морепродуктами заправлен чем-то непонятным,что не сочетается с салатом.Тесто у кутабов очень крутое,оно не должно быть таким сухим и плотным.К кутабам подали не мацони,как полагается,а вязкий йогурт.Щавелевый суп очень жирный,масло прямо плавает,хотя этот суп должен быть достаточно легким.Ризотто со спаржей вкусен,даже рис правильный,но консистенцию безнадежно испортили,из ризотто получилась рисовая каша.Нормальной спаржи так и не увидела,было что-то мелко порубленное вместо нормальных стеблей и ростков.В лапше с востока омлет был таким пережаренным,что сложно было угадать омлет.На десерт крем-брюле был похож на очень сладкую манную кашу, слишком густой,хотя корочка была что надо. А штрудель очень сухой,кусочки яблока и изюм просто развалились от первого разреза без всякой заливки/повидла и т.п.Хуже всего оказался чай - Дянь хунь ццзинь хао оказался просто черным чаем, абсолютно ни разу не Дянь хунь ццзинь хао и ничем не походил на то,что должно быть. Ложечки и щипчики к сахару почему-то не подали.
