Добрый день! Неоднозначное впечатление от этого отеля... Плюсы: 🌸 Хороший завтрак (но были такие моменты во время завтрака, которые стыдно допускать... например, не было перца или он не сыпался; из чайника с кипятком вода лилась из-под крышки [напомню, кипяток!! На ноги], а не из носика, так как чей-то старый[!!!] чай застрял в носике и т.п. мелочи. И это только за один завтрак..). 🌸 Коврики в лифте с надписями дней недели (на английском). Ооочень удобно! 🌸 Кофемашина в номере. 🌸 По звонку приносили всё, что нужно, реагируя моментально. 🌸 Красивая игра на рояле. Очень приятно было входить в отель и слышать живую музыку. 🌸 Отличный интернет. 🌸 Сказочно мягкие подушки и одеяло!!! Минусы: 👉 Если не просишь зубную щётку, например, то её и не принесут. Я думала, что в отеле подобного уровня, по умолчанию должно быть всё в номере. 👉 Нельзя выйти на балкон. Это во всех номерах так?.. 👉 Часто не срабатывала карта-ключ в лифте и приходилось кататься по этажам. (Зато пообщалась с разными людьми на разных языках, пока каталась...). 👉 Шум с улицы слышен по ночам. 👉 Много других недочётов. Сколько звёзд поставить? Наверное, пять. Но с большим минусом, как в школе. И родителей бы вызвать. Существует ли отель с идеальным обслуживанием? Да. Если когда-нибудь вы будете в Джакарте, то обязательно загляните в The Dharmawangsa Jakarta! Вот где вы почувствуете себя королём/королевой! И никто не стоит там с протянутой рукой в ожидании чаевых..

Пафосно-да! Дорого -- о, даа! Шикарно по-королевски? - увы. Там останавливаются звезды мирового уровня и есть вид на Тверскую и Кремль, там чудесный бар O2 Lounge и красавец лев на лого. Не могу сказать, что была поражена номером или обслуживанием. Была крайне изумлена и недовольна, что пришлось просить(!) туал. принадлежности у девочки таджички. Можете назвать меня снобом, но это не пятизведочный сервис мирового уровня, замечу за бешеные деньги! И даже девочка на ресепшн, вычурно имитирующая американский инглиш их не спасает. Увы и ах.

בר מהמם, בילוי מומלץ המלון עצמו מרהיב ביופיו, אמנם לא התארחתי בו אבל סיבוב קצרצר בדרך לבר שנמצא על גג המלון הספיק לי כדי לראות כמה מפואר המקום. הבר עצמו מגניב, מומלץ בעיקר בעונות החמות כי הוא תחת כיפת השמיים. הקוקטיילים טעימים אך מעט יקרים ביחס למחירים במוסקבה, די תואם את המחיר בארץ [בערך 50-60 ש"ח לקוקטייל]. בקיצור בילוי נחמד מאוד למי שמתחבר לסגנון...

Perfect Lobby Bar Great desserts, patisserie, coffee and tea. Comfortable quiet atmosphere that works 24/7 so no need to hit the streets to grab some food. Also very decent burgers.
