Отсутствие сервиса. Администраторы очень расслаблены и не торопятся работать. При бронировании в комментариях указал, что мне потребуется на съемку оборудование, по приезду администратор ничего не подготовил и был крайне удивлен, что мне что-то нужно. В итогк пришлось обходиться тем, что есть. В залах адски темно, еще и закрыли окна шторами и пластиком, что бы не было видно строительных лесов. Владельцы конечно не виноваты в этом, но данную проблему можно минимизировать, а не усугубить.

Убитая студия и нет естественного освещения, хотя на всех фото интерьеров представлены панорамные окна. В реальности они снаружи завешаны строительными сетками.

Я присоединюсь к прошлому отзыву. Бронировали зал Портлэнд, но огромное окно там все в строительных лесах и грязное, 3 звезды, а не 1 за то, что была возможность заменить зал. Нет своей парковки, только городская.

Сказать что я была в шоке от этой студии точнее от зала под названием ПОРТЛЕНД,ничего не сказать. Мы выбрали ее из за огромных окон. В реалии когда я зашла в зал чуть не рухнула окна все грязные(в птичьих экскрементах), но это еще не все за окном красовались строительные леса и куча всего наваленного за окном. Соответственно то ради чего мы выбрали студию было совершенно не пригодно! Зал был грязный. Персонал неприветлив. Оборудование работало через раз. Очень хотелось бы донести до руковод ства такое отношение к клиентам не приемлемо! Не ведитесь на картинки студии, зайдите и посмотрите все в реалии! – показать
