Отвратительные впечатления от визита в салон на Пражской. Ни в одном салоне не помню такого, чтобы с человека выбивали на ресепшене чаевые мастеру. Полный непрофессионализм. Тем более, кто уверен, что они пойдут мастеру, а не в карман девочке с ресепшена? Если человек хочет оставить деньги–он оставит и так. Никому не советую к посещению. Цель–не чтобы клиент вернулся, а одноразово выбить с него побольше денег.

К сожалению, очень низкий уровень сервиса у администраторов (в частности администратор Вера), навязчиво говорят про чаевые. Речь часто заискивающая, порой назойливо звонят с напоминанием по несколько раз в день, помимо смс. Администратор не заинтересован в клиенте. Задача - лишь бы впарить, а потом уж не важно, как будет тратиться абонемент или 2-3 услуги. На любой сложный вопрос решения нет (готовности и желания что-то предпринять тоже нет), звучит только выученная фраза "Жалуйтесь руководству, пишите на почту"... Но видимо руководству тоже нет дело до качества услуги на всех этапах. Перестала ходить, хотя было рядом и удобно, мастера хорошие. Похоже буду искать себе другое место для релакса и отдыха в нашем мегаполисе, потому что портить себе настроение не хочется. я не за это плачу свои деньги.
