Один из лучших вузов Тулы - это именно пед. университет. Без какой-либо скидки на провинциальность могу сказать, что его выпускники могут смело конкурировать с ребятами, окончившими даже куда более известные вузы страны. Здесь училась моя жена, поэтому могу сказать уверенно - знания дают твердые, и учат по-серьезному!
