Купила весеннее пальто в этом магазине. Внешне красивое, село хорошо. Но после второй носки скаталось, вещь на сезон, обидно. Желаю вам заказывать вещи у хороших поставщиков, пусть лучше цена на вещь будет выше, но и качество лучше, хотя бы, чтобы шерсть была в составе пальто.

Купила костюм в этом чудесном магазине заплатила картой, предупредила продавца что мне нужно дома померить с теми вещами с которыми я собиралась его носить. Не подошёл принесла в этот же день зная что мне должны сделать отмену чека, даже и подумать не могла что возникнет какая-то проблема. Продавец мне сказала что все возвраты делает директор и нужно ждать месяц, в итоге из за её не грамотности мне сделали возврат и теперь нужно ждать реально месяц. Уважаемый директор обучайте свои персонал.

Добрый день, спасибо за Ваш отзыв, стажёр, которая работала в тот день, сразу же обратилась за консультацией и была проинструктирована,как сделать отмену чека, возврат был Вам сделан в этот же день, чек возврата по этой операции так же был Вам выдан,поэтому ждать месяц Вам не придётся.

Чудесный магазин, знаю и люблю его уже очень давно, вещи всегда качественные и стильные, всегда можно подобрать стильный образ. Хорошая и честная система лояльности, без постоянно сгоревших баллов😅 за модным образом только сюда 🤌🏻 Молодцы! Еще и победители премии «Лучший шоу рум» очень заслуженно!!! Поздравляю 🥳
