Пользовался услугами этого офиса при выборе путевки для отдыха непосредственно перед Новым Годом 2020 (ОАЭ, Аджман). Менеджер Вероника Стадниченко оказалась не только профессионалом, но и просто - хорошим человеком. Пришел за выкупом самостоятельно подготовленного предложения (мне так всегда удобно), подтверждение брони заняло около 30мин. от моего ухода из офиса в субботу (не он-лайн, но и не след.раб.день), отсутствие незапланированных накруток, оплата на месте, как этого хотел, заблаговременное направление всех необходимых документов на мой e-mail, напоминание о вылетах и контроль качества отдыха в целом. Кроме того, было обращено моё внимание на перспективы развития туризма Китая и экзотических направлений (на момент посещения офиса в конце ноября 2019г. - это было очень кстати и интересно). Поэтому, я получил и почву для размышления о последующих путешествиях. Считаю, что сервис данного офиса полностью соответствует требованиям TEZ TOUR и потребностям клиентов. К сожалению, не могу такого же сказать о работе принимающей стороны TEZ TOUR в ОАЭ, Аджман, но это уже совершенно другая история!!!)
