Была несказанно рада открытию,т.к. живу рядом, но ожидания по качеству услуг, к сожалению, не оправдались. Четыре раза делала маникюр с покрытием гель-лак, три из них (у Елены) в течении недели возвращалась на исправление 2-3ногтей, т.к. гель «отходил» от ногтевой пластины (гарантия на покрытие от салона - 3дня, после этого недочёты, безусловно исправят, но за ваш счёт). В одно из посещений случилась такая же история с педикюром (делала у Маши) :(( , исправлять уже не пошла. Нравится мастер по шугарингу Аня. Милая, добрая, выполняет работу добросовестно. Присутствует удобная система скидок, за посещения. Уютный салон, доброжелательный персонал, угостят чаем, кофе и конфетками, включат интересный фильм. Атмосфера располагает, но качество услуг (маникюр / педикюр) оставляет желать лучшего. Очень жаль, что имея салон у дома за качественными услугами приходится ездить в другие места :((

Добрый день! спасибо за Ваш отзыв - нам необходимо мнение наших клиентов, чтобы становиться лучше!❤️ Сожалеем по поводу того, что никак не ладится с покрытием у нас( думаем, что раз сколы случались каждый раз - Вам просто не подходят наши материалы (( к сожалению такое случается... К счастью для нас - редко) Обычно мы предлагаем клиентам с тонкими ногтями укрепление базой или акриловой пудрой. В Вашем случае администрация салона уточнит у мастеров, советовалось ли Вам укрепление. Надеемся увидеть Вас у нас в гостях снова!🤗 С Уважением, команда клуба "Тётя Мотя"

Педикюр с маникюром в 4 руки - это мое спасение! А когда в таких комфортных условиях - это выше всяких похвал! Мастера работают слаженно и ксчественно. Очень радует цена! Теперь только к вам девочки!😘
