Очень сожалею, что дошло до такого отзыва. Называется эпический провал администратора. Я постоянный клиент. Работа официантов всегда устраивала, еда по большей части тоже. Но сегодня испытала испанский стыд за администратора. Заказала Павлову. Принесли дессерт. Разрезала, нашла внутри мааааленькую веточку "укропа". Попросила официанта унести и принести счёт. Пришла администратор, увидела "укроп" , ужаснулась, извинилась, предложила убрать из счета и принести другой дессерт. Пока все хорошо. Пока все в соответствии с хорошими манерами и правилами приличного заведения. Дальше слышу шёпотом " это не ошибка, это не ошибка". Администратор списалась с кондитером и кондитер назвала этот "укроп" декором! И дальше эпический провал администратора: она сказала официанту ссыпать этот дессерт с собой нам, так как это не их ошибка :)))) (смех в голос) и вернула дессерт в счёт. 1. Декор - это то, что украшает. А это недоразумение в виде "укропа" внутри!!! Павловой был "укроп". 2. Администратор видела это недоразумение и по лицу её было видно, что на декор это не похоже. 3. Ссыпать клиенту разломанный дессерт с "укропом" и сказав, что это не их ошибка было верх не профессионализма. 4. Вот так 500 руб лишило заведение клиента , который принёс не одну сотню тысяч рублей заведению. Ну что ж. Кадры как решают все, так и могут испортить все. Очень жаль. Моя семья и ещё много семей , которые я туда пригоашала любиЛи посещать это заведение. Но теперь нет.
