Покупал здесь плитку, всё отлично за исключением, что привезли 7 разбитых бардюра (( при приёмки товара особо не обратил внимание, итог пришлось ехать в Подольск за ними так как склад у них там. Ну и минус 3т.р.

К сожалению, скрытый бой в коробке- это настоящая "боль" нашего бизнеса, т.к. в процессе транспортировки и разгрузки-погрузки могут образоваться сколы и т.д. Конечно, мы всегда рекомендуем своим клиентам производить проверку товара при приемке, но и всегда стараемся идти навстречу при решении подобных проблем.
