Не самый большой магазин обуви. Для меня не самый лучший выбор моделей. Нет модной обуви. В основном классические модели. Хотя качество вполне достойное.

Купила пару туфель 14.07.20 (вторник) в магазине Tervolina по адресу: Зелёный проспект д.83. При покупке, в магазине, мерила обувь на (неплотный) носок - сели туфли хорошо по размеру, нигде не поджимало; прошлась несколько раз по залу - было комфортно. Дома надевала туфли на ластичный носок и ходила, тоже было удобно и нигде не сжимало. Спустя пару дней после покупки (точнее 17.07.20) надела обувь на улицу, прошла меньше километра в одну сторону - стало очень больно в мысе (именно по ширине очень давило на пальцы) идти было невозможно и больно, кое-как дошла обратно. В этот же день решила обратиться в магазин, чтобы найти решение проблемы дискомфорта посредством возврата товара (или обмена). Администратор магазина сказала: так как я носила обувь на улице - товар не подлежит возврату, хотя туфли имеют товарный вид, нигде нет ни грязи ни царапин, но назад их, увы, не приняли. Также мне было сказано, что подобрали не правильно размер, хотя по длине туфли сидят отлично, и как я думала по ширине, но в итоге по ширине очень сильно жмут. По итогу откатались брать обувь назад или что либо вообще делать. Считаю несправедливым то, что сотрудники магазина не приняли товар назад или не предложили другую модель обуви. Зачем, спрашивается, даётся гарантия в 14 дней, при которой я не могу носить обувь на улице, и соотвественно не выявить тем самым проблему, возникшую при ношении обуви.
