Рекомендую! Разместив такой отзыв ("Рекомендую!"), - позже пришло понимание, что ошибся. На стадии оформления договора - все гладко. Далее - все печально. Сроки исполнения договора не соблюдаются, качество изготовления заказа безобразное, в процессе сборки (сборка осуществляется исполнителем и стоит 10% от заказа) были испорчены фасады и т.д. Некоторые позиции заказа не поставлены - требуем возврата денег.

Не связывайтесь с этой компанией, если хотите получить кухню в срок и без лишних проблем. Мы заказали неприлично дорогую кухню у них три месяца назад и только сегодня привезли, но, как оказалось не весь комплект!!!Постоянно кормили завтраками,трубки не брали, хотя обещали привезти все через месяц. При этом берут полную стоимость под предлогом -"все готово -завтра привезем", а кухню можно ждать бесконечно. Нервы-ожидания. Посмотрим, как "быстро" пройдет сборка и потом отпишусь здесь.

Договора от 27 ноября 2018 года М14-11Ш, М15-11Ш, М18-11Ш на изготовление шкафов в прихожую. Заключали договора в салоне по адресу Москва, Можайское шоссе, 23. Срок поставки - 15 рабочих дней, что соответствовало дате 18 декабря. На дату 21 декабря шкафы еще не отданы в производство, так как в телефонном разговоре с Еленой Юрьевной выяснилось, что нужного цвета даже нет наличии. Написали претензию с требованием расторгнуть договор и вернуть предоплату. Получили отказ. В отказе требуют полной оплаты заказов. Срок поставки в договоре истек, о какой доплате идет речь? Видимо, придется подавать иск. Дополнение: предоплату вернули после долгих переговоров. Ребят, но только не делаются так дела! Разберитесь с сервисом и качеством. Что мешает не брать на себя то, что не можете выполнить?
