Ждали заказ через приложение 45 минут (хотя время ожидания оффлайн заказов обычное). Мы даже успели понаблюдать: на онлайн заказ выделен ровно один человечек, который занят, чем угодно кроме заказов, включая сбор подносов по фуд-корту. НИКОГДА НЕ ЗАКАЗЫВАЙТЕ ЧЕРЕЗ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ!!!!!!!!!!! Ну и кончено никаких извинений мы не получили. И да, женщина, делающая блины для оффлайн заказов, делала это откровенно не очень.
