ОТРАВИЛСЯ котлетками с пюрешкой, детально: Решил пообедать "не совсем фаст-фудом". Заказал 2 куриные котлеты + пюре + томатный соус и 2 блина ветчина-сыр и уже к вечеру заболел живот. В подтверждение своего обеда - ниже скрин с оплаты из приложения. Живот болит уже третий день, спасибо команде "Теремка". Настоятельно НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ это место.

Сударь Александр, добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что с вами произошла такая неприятная ситуация. Нам важно детально во всем разобраться. У нас очень редки жалобы на отравления, и мы проводили глубокие исследования на эту тему с привлечением врачей. На отравление – и это подтвердит любой врач – влияет совокупность очень многих факторов. Мы продаем каждый день десятки и сотни тысяч блинов и других блюд, и, если бы проблема была именно в нашем продукте, то отравления были бы массовыми. Т.к. массового отравления нет, чаще всего имеет место индивидуальная реакция организма на конкретный продукт, которая может зависеть от состояния человека в конкретный момент времени. Или же могут влиять побочные факторы, например, рота-вирусная инфекция, человек может подхватить ее за какое-то время до прихода к нам, но симптомы совпали именно с приходом в ресторан. Пожалуйста, направьте на почту dobro@teremok.ru ваши контактные данные, чтобы мы могли с вами связаться, адрес ресторана, дату и время посещения, по возможности чек или просто информацию о том, что заказывали. Мы обязательно проверим, правильно ли списывались товары в конкретном ресторане, соблюдались ли стандарты варок и т.д. Мы можем поднять информацию за достаточно большой промежуток времени.
