Еда вкусная, но сервис, скорость обслуживания, и клиентоориентированность - слабая. Пришли на масленицу покушать блинов, а нам говорят, -"Заказы не принимаются 10 минут. Слишком много.". Вы не могли на масленицу предоставить побольше персонала? Люди уходят в соседние заведения! Просто потому что ожидание слишком долгое, и заказы не принимаются. Еще раз повторюсь: Это все происходит во время масленицы!!!

Ужасный "Теремок", салат " Цезарь" извратили до невозможности, не вкусно СОВСЕМ. Борщ"ТЕРЕМКОВСКИЙ" не выдерживает никакой критики. Ни ногой сюда больше. Держите, Теремок, своих ортодоксальных клиентов. Новых врядли привлечете 🤨

Оч долго, как нигде, сижу жду заказ 20 мин, сразу парень заказ не принял, стал оправдываться, что заказ принимают после того как отдадут предыдущий .. Стоял болтал с коллегами, потом стал доказывать что то. Ужасно, отвратительно, больше не придем ... Очередь собралась приличная, такого нет нигде. ... Уволить или провести воспитательную беседу...
