Персонал не ориентированый на клиентов. 18.03 утром заказывая завтрак, сотрудник пробил не тот топинг к блюду, а затем исправив ошибку, сказал что не может пробить заказ т.к. нет сдачи. На возмущение ответил "тогда ждите администратора, он будет через 10 минут". После того как сотрудник понял что клиент недоволен, стал отвечать резко и односложно, потерял интерес к происходящему и ушел, не приняв заказ у следующего клиента.

Отвратительно!!! Пришла в 9,чтобы взять с собой на работу еду. Две женщины в зале выглядели так, как будто они с бодуна... Зал был ещё не готов и одна из них заправляла мусорный пакет в бак, потом с грохотом этот бак демонстративно задвинула. Затем не помыв руки приступила к готовке. Разговаривали со мной сквозь зубы, всем видом давая понять, что я пришла не вовремя... Очень не приятное впечатление
