Я работаю в фирме «ТЕПС» (Теплопромсервис) с 2005 года, практически с основания. Устраиваясь на работу в качестве сварщика, через год, заметив мои профессиональные навыки и старания генеральный директор назначил мастером мех.цеха, в качестве которого до сегодняшнего дня работаю. За 7 лет моей работы были и спады, и подъемы, как в любой фирме. Люди приходили так же самые разные и толковые и бестолковые. Естественно по роду своих обязанностей и мне приходится с кем-то, как говориться расставаться. Бывают и трения и разногласия с подчиненными, не без этого. Хочу сказать, что при всем этом у нас сложился стабильный коллектив, в котором добросовестные сотрудники работают годами. И неприятно слышать и видеть АНОНИМНЫЕ высказывания, вероятно не самых лучших специалистов, которые им не делают чести. Тем более, почитали несколько таких отзывов, обсудили в коллективе и пришли к выводу, что пишет-то один или два человека. И последнее: самое главное хочу отметить человеческое отношение коллектива и генерального директора, который с пониманием относится к своим работникам. Мне уже 50 лет, поэтому хотелось бы уйти на пенсию в этой фирме. Если у кого-то есть вопросы по работе в компании, не стесняйтесь, звоните, приходите – поговорим, обсудим. Белов Михаил Викторович
