Были в декабре (долго обслуживали, не было многих позиций из меню) и ничего не изменилось. Пришли на бизнес ланч: минут через 15 подали морс, через 30 после жалобы вынесли второе (остывшее), потом как не странно салат и суп так же после просьбы и удивлений. За другими столиками так же жалобы на срок подачи блюд. Уважаемый управляющий, выше есть гистограмма с загрузкой по часам, воспользуйтесь пожалуйста. Сходили еще раз в 2024, мой салат забыли, двум официантам напоминали о нем. Ничего не изменилось, может это фирменный стиль?

Доброго дня! Были в данном заведении 6 апреля 2024 г. В целом, место хорошее, уютное. Нас было 6 человек и досталось место рядом со входом, так как день выдался прохладный, то поддувало при открывании дверей, но это так, мелочь. Еда достойная, хорошо приготовлена, не так что бы моё небо испытало оргазм, но лёгкая прелюдия присутствовала. Интерес вызвала подача алкоголя оптом, типо " люстра", решили зайти перед выходным, выпить до "отключения света". Сервис... Двоякое мнение, холдеи поляну видят, проходя мимо, даже если стол чужой, захватят пустую посуду и спросят о потребностях, молодцы.НО... при входе нам объявили о сервисном сборе за компанию в размере 10% от счета, не проблема, я всегда оставляю такую сумму ± в зависимости от качества обслуживания, но нас 6 , а не 10 человек. В меню ни словом не сказано о таком, хм, налоге. В итоге всем вынесли еду, кроме моей дочери( просили приносить по готовности), в итоге мы поели, а спустя 35 минут уточнили, когда закончится голодовка у ребенка?! Ой, оказывается забыли, надо подарить таблетки для памяти, вынесли ещё минут через 15 и сказали десерт в качестве извинения. Десертом стал шарик мороженое без украшений и т.п. Господа управляющие- это не извинения,это плевок. И уж тем более это не десерт. А 10% сбор не забыли включит в счёт,память избирательная. Если Вы не можете обслужить компанию, зачем сбор берёте, к тому же ещё и не законный? Надо у юристов уточнить в понедельник. Вообщем, место хорошее,но приходите малыми компаниями не более 4 человек).
