Относительно не дорого можно купить абонементы на разные виды занятий. В тренажерном зале всегда работают тренеры, которые расскажут и подскажут как работает тот или иной снаряд. На групповых занятиях особая атмосфера))) Тоже рекомендую туда сходить. Есть от менее интенсивных, типа растяжки, и более энергичные. Тренеры доброжелательные:) Рекомендую. Только помните одно, что это спортивный дворец, где занимаются дети.

Вожу в бассейн ребёнка уже лет 7. Сначала ходили в группу "мама и малыш". Все очень непринужденно. Устали? Отдохните. Захотел ребёнок есть? Пожалуйста. Ни кто не заставляет заниматься от звонка до звонка. Тренер постоянно интересуется все ли в порядке, следит за правильным выполнением упражнения. Затем ребёнок стал ходить в малый бассейн на занятия с тренером уже без родителей. А сейчас перешёл уже в большой бассейн. Раздевалки чистые, постоянно убираются каждые 15-30 мин заходит уборщица. Есть шкафчики для вещей. Тренера очень хорошие. Мы ходим к Соколовой Ольге Леонидовне. Хороший тренер. Не "ломает" детей. Если кто-то боится воды, то его не заставит сразу прыгать в воду. У меня ребёнок боялся ложиться на спину. Постепенно, неторопясь и не ломая ребёнка не за одно и не за два занятия, но ребёнок лёг на спину и поплыл. В малом бассейне регулярно проходят открытые уроки для родителей. А в большом 2-4 раза в год соревнования.
