Смена менеджмента повлекла смену персонала и как следствие уходшение качества блюд и обслуживания.

Ресторан Temple Bar на Бауманской - 25.03.2013
Добрый день. Для улучшения качества обслуживания мы создали Службу Сервиса. Каждый гость может отправить SMS с жалобой и в течении пяти минут ситуация должна быть разрешена. С лужба работает с июля 2012, на текущий момент практически все SMS приходят с благодарностями персоналу

Я был здесь несколько раз. Еда всегда была вкусной, приветливый персонал, быстрое обслуживание. Приятные порции. Большой выбор пива. Többször jártam már itt. Az ételek mindig finomak voltak, kedves személyzet, gyors kiszolgálás. Kellemes adagok Bőséges sōrválasztėk.

Уютно.но рядом с Дикси собирается местные бомжи, не очень приятно.парковочное место забито.

Неоднократно были с мужем в ресторане этой сети и почему то на Бауманской всю прекрасно начинаю от пива и заканчивая блюдами... Прекрасные бармены, отличная атмосфера!!

Бомбические коктейли и большое разнообразие высококачественных алкогольных напитков. Еда и обслуживание на высоте. Хочется приходить снова и снова.
