Почему в Ново-ленинском филиале нельзя оставить отзыв хотя 2 человека там обслуживают. Ну ничего, напишу здесь. Персонал вообще не грамотный. Перешёл на другого оператора, спросил возможно вернуть средства со счёта Теле 2? Ответили Нет. Был удивлён и обратился в другой офис, где всё оформили.

Нас обманул сотрудник! Пришли переоформить договор с отца на меня. Обычная процедура. Да чуть дольше, чем продажа симки, но эта продолжительность точно не стоит того, чтобы обманывать клиента, прикрываясь тем, что система не работает и не позволяет распечатать заявление. К слову, в отделении на Ленина сотрудники уважительно попросили подождать и спокойно переоформили договор. В общем, если вас отправляют "погулять", попробуйте зайти в соседнее отделение
