В данном салоне был приобретен iPhone 4s. О том,что данный продукт был восстановлен при покупке не предупредили. Через некоторое время у смартфона отказал динамик. Вернули товар,сказали,что через две недели свяжутся с нами и вернут денежные средства. Прошло полтора месяца,пришло смс сообщение о том,что можно забрать деньги. Придя в салон,консультант сообщил,что денег в кассе нет и когда они появятся,он не в курсе. Нужно было бежать в тот же день,когда он прислал смс сообщение. Любезность персонала данного салона оставляет желать лучшего. Они вам будут улыбаться только тогда,когда вы покупаете у них некачественный товар. А когда вы захотите вернуть деньги вам нахамят и скажут какая у них нервная работа. Худшего салона связи и отношения к покупателям я не встречала. Вот так ценят клиентов в данном салоне. Будем обращаться в Роспотребнадзор.
