Отвратительная компания! Подключают платные подписки, о которых ты узнаешь уже спустя какое то время по отсутствию средств на балансе. На вопрос кто и когда подключил отвечают: наверное вы случайно в личном кабинете нажали кнопочку) ну точно, я ни разу даже не захода в ЛК! Бесите! Перехожу на др оператора!

Сегодня, 11 августа 2018 года в 19:20 обратилась к этот филиал. Нужно было написать заявление на перенос номера МТС в TELE2. Первый раз была здесь с этим же намерением, мне сказали, что нужно обратиться в МТС для сверки корректности данных, которые будут переносить. Ну что ж, надо так надо. Данные сверила, вернулась повторно сегодня. На просьбу дать заявление о переносе номера в TELE2, мне ответили отказом. Абсолютно не заинтересованный сотрудник, парень с русыми волосами, бесконечно втыкающий в свой ноутбук, бросил фразу «не могу распечатать заявление, нет краски в принтере». Шта?! А что, нельзя заранее распечатать стопку бланков для клиентов? Или иметь в филиале запасной картридж?! Что за отношение к будущим клиентам? Сложилось впечатление, что он просто не хотел обслуживать меня, потому что уже собирался домой (к слову, до закрытия оставалось буквально 30 минут). Надеюсь руководители или администраторы компании прочитают этот отзыв и либо поменяют персонал, либо закроют филиал. Лучше вообще никакого в Солнечном, чем такой. P.s. После такого «замечательного» обслуживания решила остаться со своим номером в МТС. Пусть тариф на 60 рублей и дороже, зато ещё ни в одной точке МТСа я не видела такого ужасного обслуживания, как в TELE2. Руководители, задумайтесь и подбирайте квалифицированный персонал. Те «сотрудники», что работают сейчас абсолютно безразличны к вашим клиентам и тем более к прибыли вашего бизнеса.
