🥵⛔️❌ Сделал заказ на швейную машинку. Перезвонил менеджер и подтвердил что все в наличии и машинка будет меня ожидать до конца недели. Написали в WhatsApp, прислали рекламный промо код, на вопросы в мессенджере так и не получил ни одного ответа, хотя сообщения прочитанные. Через четыре дня позвонил менеджер Роман и сказал что на праздник 23 февраля ВСЕ машинки раскупили 😆, потом переобулся в воздухе и сказал, что была только ОДНА и ее купили. На вопрос о том, как забронированный товар они смогли продать, ответил что у него нет информации о брони. Потом выдал нелепую фразу, что они не бронируют пока не оплачен заказ. Что можно заказать, но если не оплатили, то кто первый у них оплатит, тот и получит вещь в их магазине. Ещё они не могут под клиента заказать определенную модель, она либо будет в поставке, либо нет. В конце диалога начал плохо отзываться о заказанном мной товаре и пытался впарить другое изделие, Спасибо Роман! Вы сэкономили мне нервы и деньги. После диалога с вами я прочитал конструктивные негативные отзывы о вас и понял, что не хочу с вашим магазином связываться. А на негатив магазин даже не реагирует…🤷🏻‍♂️

Просто обманывают людей. Нужна была определённая модель швейной машины, звоню, говорят да есть, вот ваш номер, будет ещё и скидка. В итоге когда приезжаешь сразу говорят что машинку продали давайте подберём вам другую. Но слава богу я ещё параллельно заказал в компании "швейные машины", куда сразу и поехал. С продавцом текстиль торга даже не стал в полемику вступать и так потратил на них лишние полчаса на дорогу. Судя по отзывам для них это нормальная практика, главное заманить клиента и втюхать то что есть в наличии.
