Текстиль-Декор в Гермесе. Заказывали 2 комплекта штор для кухни. По качеству тканей и выполнению работы все как договаривались, сделали по срокам как было обещано. Здесь все хорошо. По поводу ценообразования за заказ - здесь уже дела похуже, хотя подсчеты должны быть примитивными ( то есть оплачиваешь выбранную ткань + работа ) Здесь же с десяток каких то действий на калькуляторе (складывается ощущение просто так цифирки жали). То есть понять как считают стоимость нереально. Вывод: цена говорится на лоха, более менее придерживаясь средней цены по городу. Ну и тут вроде бы как хрен с ним, цена обычная как и везде. Но что самое неприятное, это то, что потом когда вы заберете заказ и повесите шторы у себя дома и вдруг возникнут какие то нюансы ( например, не учел что уголки декора нужно подрезать под плинтус, или как у меня было при втором заказе, балконная дверь при открытии цепляет декор, и его нужно немного подрезать, в общем такие мелочи) то сотрудница текстиль-декора в Гермесе за это берет дополнительную плату, то есть они заказ сделали отдали и до свидания, типа спихнули товар, а дальше твои проблемы если что то не так, хочу сказать что даже нитку в иголку просто так не оденут, только за доп. плату. Подрезать декор под плинтуса предложили за 50 руб. 🤦‍♂️ Декор подрезать за 200 руб., это при том, что за первые шторы мы отдали 10000 руб. Второй заказ был 10600 руб. Очень неприятно, что не доводят заказы до логического завершения и так относятся к своим клиентам, Заключение: Сам лично больше не обращусь к ним за шторами, даже не смотря на то , что делают хорошо (Из за отношения к клиентам) и не стану рекомендовать друзьям , знакомым.
