Добрый день. Я являюсь клиентом Вашего магазина почти 2 года. Ранее я уже оставляла отзыв и очень хвалила персонал и ассортимент магазина. В целом всё так и осталось, за исключением малозаметной, но очень неприятной детали - схема работы и взаимодействия с клиентами. Поясню, ранее персонал приходил на помощь при необходимости, подчёркиваю, что они всегда знали к кому, как и в какой момент подойти и что сказать! А теперь чувствуется дурное влияние системы работы типа логос или мвидео, в общем роботоподобность сотрудников. Вы у магазина отобрали ДУШУ! Данное изменение не только Вам не к лицу, так и вообще пережиток прошлого.... По такой схеме работают неопытные новички! Но уж никак не профессионалы!!! А Ваши сотрудники именно ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЫ! Надеюсь, что руководство меня услышит, а лучше - прислушается.... С уважением, Красман Ксения Александровна
