Вызывали на склад в Екатеринбурге, ребята приехали все сами сделали, даже не пришлось закрывать склад на время проведения ПТО. Состояние склада в а100 уже можно было посмотреть в режиме реального времени. Т.ч. даже до прихода официального отчёта мы знали где сколько и каких элементов нам надо заменить, правда на 2стойки не нашлось замены, но и тут они нас выручили, оказывается у них есть специальный протез для стоек, называемый робусто, так вот потом приехали их монтажники, установили робусто и уехали, и так же убрали все за собой, т.ч. в компании на мой взгляд работают настоящие профессионалы своего дела.
