Так себе. За 40 минут не подошёл не один консультант. Купили игрушку она бракованная. Мирного урегулирования проблемы не получилось. Менеджер по возвратам невежа и хам.

Покупал в этом магазине Техносклад на Стасова в Краснодаре, видеорегистратор, не дешёвый. Консультант на мою просьбу проверить его работу сообщил, что такой возможности нет (как оказалось позже обманул). Торопился на день рождения к другу, не когда было искать подарок в другом месте. В итоге видеорегистратор не исправен, меня обвинили в том что я его уронил, бред полнейший, менять отказались, сдали в гарантийную мастерскую, жду вердикт, понимаю что ничего хорошего не будет. Праздник испорчен. Магазин полный отстой!!!! Если нет других вариантов и приходиться покупать в этом магазине будьте очень внимательны!!!! А лучше ничего там не покупайте.

Покупали сплит-систему. При установке обнаружили,что она ударенная - была вмятина отрихтованная и на коробке следы удара. Сдавать было уже поздно,как доказать,что ударили не мы, да и не работе сплита это ни как не отразилось,так что ничего делать не стали. Но неприятно, больше покупать в этом магазине ничего не будем.

На сайте техносклада оставил заявку на покупку микроволновой печи, сайт показал, что товар в наличии в магазине в ТЦ "Медиа-плаза". Приехал туда, назвал номер заказа, и тут мне говорят, что в наличии остался только витринный образец. На мой логичный вопрос о том, почему меня об этом не предупредили сразу, мне ответили: "Узнавайте у специалистов на нашем сайте". В тот же день купил нужную мне печь в ситилинке.
