все работы по установке натяжного потолка выполненные мастерами данной компании меня устроили. Придраться не к чему. Цены по нынешним временам даже дешевле, чем на каком-нибудь строительном рынке. Предлагают комплекс услуг от замера, дизайна, до сразу поставки люстр, светильников и карнизов для штор, не нужно самому никуда бегать

Замерщик просто не доехал до объекта. Время было назначено с 13 до 14. Позвонив в 13:30, без извинений за неудобство, поставил перед фактом, что не успевает. "Замерщик будет только к трем. Вы будете на месте???" Клиент: "Скорее всего, будем. Если что-то вдруг изменится, позвоним по номеру, с которого вы звоните". "Через сколько вы позвоните?", - следует вопрос. "Я же говорю, если вдруг что-то изменится". "У нас график! Зачем к вам ехать, если вас не будет?!", - возмущается доблестный представитель компании "Технология уюта" в Реутове. Клиент отвечает: "Мы тоже были в графике. Но вот, получается, что нет". Исполнитель обижается: "Пробки и аварии тоже не в графике!!" Клиент: "Ок. Приезжайте, будем ждать к трем". Исполнитель: "Вы так со мной разговариваете, как будто я вам кучу денег должен!!" ПФ. Не, не должен. Но и мы не должны кроить свое личное время внезапно, общаться с высокомерными пацанами и подстраивать под них все планы. Клиент не виноват, что вы не умеете распределять время, что вы в плохом настроении, что у вас нелюбимая работа. Вряд ли с такими работниками у вас 100% выполняемость поступивших заявок. Высокомерие и отвага - это про "Технологию уюта" в Реутове)
