Столкнулись с тем, что на территории нового коттеджного поселка в Московской области постоянно требовалось присутствие специальной техники. Зимой необходимо было расчищать подъездные пути и саму внутреннюю территорию, летом - копать траншеи под коммуникации, поэтому довольно быстро мы отказались от услуг сторонних компаний, решив приобрести собственную технику в постоянное пользование. Помогли как жители поселка, так и правление ДНТ. Компанию «АК Спецмаш» нам порекомендовали в одной проверенной строительной компании. Наш коммендант совместно с инженером-механиком съездили на специализированную стоянку, где технику можно было перед покупкой как следует осмотреть. Сначала хотели приобретать в лизинг, но потом собрали необходимую сумму. ООО «АК Спецмаш» гарантию предоставили на год с последующим сервисным обслуживанием, пока техника работает без нареканий, хотя приходится ей тяжеловато, учитывая особенности наших почв и объемы производимых работ. Теперь каждый житель поселка, сдавший деньги на это приобретение, может за небольшую плату воспользоваться техникой на своем личном участке при проведении строительных работ. Это удобно, у нас уже расписан график, техника эксплуатируется по полной. Еще нам повезло с обслуживающим персоналом, поэтому серьезных поломок не случается, да и сама техника выполнена качественно. Владелец другого земельного участка также уже оформляет покупку в этой компании, глядя на нас! Поскольку у него все только на стадии строительства, то будет приобретать здесь сразу несколько единиц, включая гусеничные экскаваторы.
