Приятно удивили, когда при моём первом обращении по телефону вместо классического приглашения на диагностику, выслушали симптомы неисправности и предложили (для экономии моего времени) выполнить несложную диагностику рядом в любом сервисе с местом жительства и потом сообщить им по телефону, чтобы обсудить результаты и дальнейшие действия). Мой вывод: точно не разводят на деньги и разбираются в автомобилях Митсубиси).

Отличный сервис - всем на Mitsubishi рекомендую! Достоинства: Вежливый персонал, лишнего не навязывают, чётко и по-делу! Недостатки: Минусов нет! В наше время очень трудно найти по-настоящему хороший техцентр. Я прикипела к своему "Джерику" всей душой, и поэтому мне не хотелось отдавать его на обслуживание кому-попало. Но главная проблема не в этом, а в том, что очень много сервисов, которые не устраняют причины неполадки автомобиля, а временно её приводят в рабочий вид. Мне повезло, я с первого раза нашла очень хороший техцентр. Персонал очень вежливый. Проблему озвучивают чётко и по существу, не вытрясают лишние деньги и не придумывают каких-то лишних работ. Делают всё быстро, чётко и качественно. Относятся к машинам клиентов как к своим личным. В общем, техцентр очень хороший, претензий нет, отзыв самый что ни на есть положительный. Мои наилучшие рекомендации всем!!! Удачи Вам ребята и процветания.
