Я обратился в АвтоматикаМосква для ремонта своего автомобиля Toyota Land cruiser 100 в конце марта этого года, машину отправили в техцентр на Краснобогатырской.Ремонт по сути мелкий, коробку мне не разбирали, только заменили 2 сальника со снятием АКПП.Сначала я написал о своём намерении в группу в ВК, там мне сообщили стоимость указанной работы (замена заднего сальника коленвала со снятием АКПП — 10000руб.), потом я позвонил и ещё раз всё уточнил, цену мне подтвердили.А вот по прибытию в с ервис стоимость работы увеличилась на 2900 руб. (12000 только снятие и + 900 руб замена сальника)Договаривался о визите заранее, примерно за неделю, но никакой дефектовки в день обращения не было, машину загнали на подъёмник и предварительно осмотрели только на следующий день (мне пришлось второй раз туда ехать), потом ждали запчасти (ещё один сальник, сапун и фильтр), делать начали ещё через день, в итоге забрал я её через 6 дней!Часть работ почему-то так и не сделали (забыли или забили, не знаю), например масло в АКПП мне так и не поменяли, хотя я просил…Объём работ пришлось уточнять на 3 день по телефону, хотя мы всё досконально обсудили с мастером при сдаче машины.Когда я коротко, крайне вежливо и обоснованно написал о результатах визита на сервис в группе в ВК, меня внесли в чёрный список, а сообщения удалили без каких-либо объяснений.Справедливости ради должен сказать, что первый мастер, который смотрел машину при приёме показался вполне адекватным и понимающим парнем, мы с ним всё обсудили, наметили план действий, вот только машину в итоге делал не он((Вот такой получился опыт. – показать
