Жаль, что не прочитал отзывы тут, прежде, чем обращаться к этим "рукотворцам"! Отдал в ремонт водонагреватель: при включении в сеть, срабатывал УЗО и вышибал электричество в квартире. Нагревателю 5 лет. Обещали починить за 4 дня. Через 4 дня - ни ответа, ни привета. Достучался через интернет - оказывается, они везут какую-то "деталь" (запомним это объяснение). Хорошо, ждём. Через неделю стал снова звонить - говорят, готово! Получаем... При получении этот "мастер" врубает водонагреватель в сеть на нагрев БЕЗ воды (типа, ничего страшного!). 3500 ремонт... По квитанции: "ремонт бойлера". Приносим, вешаем, наливаем водой и включаем - снова вышибло УЗО!!! Звоню этому Алексею - типа что такое? Говорит, чтобы привозили ему снова. Подумал - зачем вести опять туда же, если сорвали сроки ремонта и ничего, как не работало, так и не работает? Пригласил мастера из сервисного центра в Москве. Мастер приехал рано утром, в присутствии двух понятых вскрываем "отремонтированный" бойлер. Результат - на фото: ТЭНы практически сгнили от коррозии. Мастер за 40 минут меняет ТЭНы, промывает аппарат, после чего наполняем его водой и включаем - всё работает отлично! Алексей, можно сколько угодно пыжиться тут и пытаться облить грязью тех, кто пишет правдивые отзывы, это выглядит смешно, поверь! Вместо "Извините за недоработку..." в ответ какие-то смешные "сам дурак" и " прилепи квитанцию". Коммерс, который "наколол" клиента на 3500 за такой ремонт выглядит смешно. И не надо петь, что что-то "прозванивали": где та "деталь", которую везли неделю? Вспомним начало разговора - деталь где? В ТЭНе не было НИ ОДНОЙ заменённой детали до его вскрытия мастером из СЦ. В общем, обходите этот "сервис" стороной! На фото: состояние ТЭНов после "ремонта" в этом сервисе и вскрытия бойлера (в присутствии свидетелей) мастером из СЦ.
