Сдавала ноутбук по гарантии. Мальчик сфотографировал, отослал фото на какой-то форум производителя. На следующий день смс- ремонт закончен. Звоню. Ответ- по фото производитель закрыл гарантию. Вы уронили ноутбук. А там вообще о падении и речи нет. Отвратительное качество производителя, пластик выкрошился по кусочкам, крепление крышку не держат и она буквально через несколько месяцев отваливается вместе с портом. Гарантийная мастерская в сговоре с производителем, только чтобы ничего не делать. Это за год второй бракованный ноутбук производителя Digma. В первом была аналогичная катастрофа с качеством товара. Этот приёмщик говорит- подавайте в суд. Во время пандемии это как плевок в лицо персионеру. Кстати, ноутбук я получила через Соцзащиту. А сервис- Гадкий.

Сдавал в ремонт радар-детектор Neoline 7500s. Ремонт (замена GPS платы) занял ровно 5 дней: в понедельник сдал, в пятницу вечером пришло смс о готовности. Все быстро и вежливо, без лишних вопросов. Рекомендую!
