Давно такого не встречал. Три девушки （далеко не самой приятной внешности）, по всей видимости менеджеры и кассир, мило вели беседу о каких-то личных делах. Посмотрев на меня, прибывшего клиента, а другие там не ходят - это не проходное место, продолжили свой разговор не обращая на меня никакого внимания. Ушел без покупки. Хорошо что рядом располагается Регион Строй, с удовольствием потратил там 17 т.р. Обслуживание на высоте. И снова здравствуйте!!! Сегодня 27.09.21 решил приобрести в Вашем магазине металл. Все в мире меняется, только здесь все по прежнему. У единственного продавца кроме личных забот и телефонного разговора ничего не существует. Увидев меня (потенциального покупателя) продавец даже не поинтересовалась о цели моего визита и благополучно продолжила общение по телефоне, далеко не по рабочим вопросам. Через несколько минут, увидев мое негодование, просто перевела за соседний стол и продолжила разговор дальше, не взирая на мой недоуменный вид. После ещё нескольких минут ожидания я просто не вытерпел и ушёл с самым негативным впечатлением. Не рекомендую... ОТСТОЙНЫЙ персонал, смените и у Вас вырастут продажи. Кому дороги свои время и нервы, посетите другие торговые площадки.

Уважаемый покупатель! Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию, беседа с сотрудниками проведена. Но хотелось бы заметить: насчет внешности девушек Вы сильно погорячились. Цены в принципе такие же как и везде.Качество обслуживания менеджеров нормальное,но приходилось видеть и грубость и хамское отношение по отношению к клиенту
