После аренды площади, решил поближе познакомиться с пожарной безопасностью и санитарией данного объекта. Пожаробезопасность на нуле. Абсолютная антисанитария. Датчики оповещения не работают. На лестничных продуктах боковых лестниц вообще ноги сломать можно. Стоянки для автотранспортных, как под разгрузку, так и для собственных нужд арендаторов вообще не предусмотрено. Администрации ТЦ «Прага», наплевать на наше положение. Аренда завышена. Проходимость если и есть, то только в «Перекрестке». Выру чки еле хватает, чтоб заплатить за аренду. Постоянно переживал, чтоб не было возгорания от электропроводки. Худшего арендодателя я ещё не встречал, хотя бизнесом занимаюсь уже 25 лет. Не советую. – показать

после ремонта всё нравится!много всего нужного в нём +скоро откроется очень хороший магазин канцтоваров и товаров для творчества
