1) Заказали в этой конторке 4 белые двери "Флоренция". При заказе обговорили, что они будут сделаны без стекла. По поводу стоимости установки сказали, что будет "примерно" 2500р за дверь.Обещали привезти через неделю, во вторник. Звоню через неделю - дверей нет, будут в пятницу. Звоню в пятницу - дверей нет, будут на следующей неделе во вторник. Звоню во вторник - машина не пришла - будут в четверг. Итого 2 лишние недели ожидания. 2) Когда они все-таки пришли, оказалось, что обговоренные нами изменения никто не учел и двери сделали со стеклом. Переделка заняла бы еще n-ое количество недель. Ладно, согласились на этот вариант. 3) На следующий день пришли установщики и оказалось, что установка будет стоить 15800р. вместо 10000р. Звоню в контору, узнать с чего бы такое повышение цен. На что менеджер нагло отвечает "Ну я же вам примерно говорил, не считал установку". Ничего себе, "примерно" на 5800 р. больше оказалось. Мало того, что установка голого полотна стоит 2800, а не 2500, так он еще не упомянул, что в эту цену не входит установка доборов, наличников и фурнитуры. Типа мы это все купили чтобы просто рядом с дверью лежало что ли? Менеджер не только не собирался разруливать ситуацию, но и нахамил. 4) Теперь про "шикарную" установку. Мало того, что устанавливали 2 полных дня вместо одного обещанного. Так еще при монтаже одной из дверей рабочий отколол приличный кусок свежеотремонтированной стены. Никаких извинений, никаких скидок... Пришлось самостоятельно заделывать, шпаклевать и красить стену заново.
