Часы ремонтируют уже больше ПОЛУГОДА! Когда сдавал часы, был назван срок выполнения ремонта 4 месяца, потому как деталь заказывается прямиком от производителя. По итогу идёт уже седьмой месяц, седьмой Карл! Внятного ничего ответить не могут. Никакой обратной связи, никакого взаимодействия с клиентурой! Нельзя не упустить и тот факт, что стоимость озвученного ремонта при этом равна половине стоимости часов. Если есть возможность эту контору обойти, обходи смелей без раздумий, ибо такой подход этих разгельдяев к людям окончательно сведёт тебя с ума.

Здравствуйте, Капитан Доигралес! Все, что вы написали правда. Один из элементов статуса швейцарских часов - их редкость. Зачастую, запчасти приходится заказывать у завода изготовителя из Швейцарии, так как в РФ их нет, а аналогов не существует. Сами фабрики маленькие, большинство задач выполняется руками, поэтому сроки большие и цена высокая. Хочется изменить мнение о нас и помочь, оставьте номер заказа, чтобы мы смогли связаться с Вами.

Долгий осмотр. Надменная Татьяна приемщик. Навязывают недешевые Доп услуги. Ворота подолгу не открывают.

Хамоватые сотрудники. Кумавство. Сдал часы на мелкий ремонт. Сказали месяц прошло два хоть бы раз позвонили и сказали о задержке. Другие часы так вообще сломали при замене батареи и отказались чинить.
