ул. Щепкина. По 10 тибальной системе оценка 5,5 ! клиент давний, но уходил по плохому качеству обслуги. 2 года назад вернулся. сейчас обслуживание те же 5,5 !!! блокируют и задерживают переводы . прикрываются правилами ЦБ - перевод 3 дня. буду снова расставаться. Леон Москва

С открытием дополнительного офиса на Земляном валу наконец-то исчезли ужасные очереди в этом отделении. Стало очень комфортно!

пошел в данный банк, 11.01.2019 года взял квиток на очередь за номером В 008 в 16.11.51 и начал ждать своей очереди на обмен валюты. несмотря на то что к 16.20 уже небыло ни одного клиента и два кассира выходили и видели меня, никто не обслуживал меня. вместо этого один кассир тюрина ю.ю. вышла поменял курс доллара на табло и зашла обратно. проходивший около меня работник банка мужщина средниз лет спросил у меня почему я сижу, я ответил что меня не приглашали. 16.33 вдруг выбегает кассир тюрина со словами что мы вас приглашали вы не увидели приглашает меня в кассу и это в то время как я смотрел как на табло у входа в кассы и большой монитор в зале справа при входе. тюрина мне сказала что я могу приобрести доллары сша неболее чем на 600000 рублей, при этом когда я предоставил паспорт гражданина другой страны потребовала нотариальный перевод, законны ли действия данного работника если учесть то что в соседнем банке у меня сняли всего лишь копиию паспорта имиграционцки и регистрации и я обменял все каких либо проблем. а в этом банке мне выдали всего лишь 500 долларов. дайте оценку сами, законен ли запрос нотариально заверенного перевода паспортаии отказв обмене！при этом за все время советовалась со вторым кассиром через окно – показать
